Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavor?

    Seriously? This can't be true.
          Well it depends on the brand you buy.
  

       A lot are made from concentrate and diluted with additives, chemicals and add natural flavors.

       Even the National Consumers League (NCL) has been urging the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to come down on the lemon juice producers for allegedly falsifying label's of 100% lemon juice that have been obviously diluted.

• NautraLemon 100% lemon juice from concentrate - natural strength only contained about 35% lemon juice
• Lira 100% lemon juice from concentrate contained about 25% lemon juice 
• Lemon Time lemon juice from concentrate contained only 15% lemon juice
• Pampa lemon juice from concentrate contained only 10% lemon juice 

     But Wait!! Before you start blowing lots of money on "pure" lemon juice you can always make your own. You don't need much; your hands, a bowl and some lemons. And in case that still sounds to hard i found a very user friendly video.
